Susan Striker has received the highly competitive 2008 Connecticut Art Education Association Award, Outstanding Elementary Art Educator, for significant contributions to the field of art education. The CAEA awards will be presented on the evening of Thursday, April 10, 2008 at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford. The event, which begins at 6:00 PM, includes buffet dinner, open museum galleries, and the awards presentation. Tickets for the evening are available for $50.00 per person.
