Children create a wide variety of art projects throughout the event. For example: Potter’s wheels are available and professional potters teach the skill. Pictured to the right, Peter Knudsen teaches students how to make mosiac stepping stones. For more pictures see the gallery below.

Susan hosts a celebration of art every year at Cos Cob School. Professional artists, some of whom are Cos Cob parents, share their talents with the children. Parents and
teachers volunteer to supervise children as they create such exciting craft projects as piggy banks, cowboy hats, sunglasses, umbrellas, and teddy bears. Portrait artists,
caricaturists, fine artists, floral designers and sculptors all come to share their talents. |
